I need to be able to delete phone book all at once instead of individually. Also I need to disable my iPhone from ringing when office phone rings.

Okay, here we go AGAIN, your latest update makes a couple things better and breaks other functions. Can no longer login to a virtual extension... Only the primary, thus general mailbox can not be checked on the go. App logs you out after some period of time making you sign in manually almost every time, a real pain on the go... Do you have user groups or a QA process? Seems like a real opportunity to improve here.

The only thing I used the Vonage iPhone app for was to change my daily unavailable message remotely from my phone. This feature appear to be gone....which for me makes the service worthless. Im now actively looking for another VOIP provider.

Much better than the previous version, BUT... (Cmon, this is basic stuff!!) - Dont play a voicemail in a quiet room - theres no way to turn off speaker mode!!! Who the heck wants to broadcast every voicemail to the general public? How about some privacy? - Theres no way to clear the call log or delete even a single notification from it. - Theres no way to access the Contacts on your device. Sure, you can import them, but thats a horrible solution that only duplicates your contacts. Thats would be fine if I only had a total of five, but I have well north of a thousand, and I dont want them all on Vonage. - It needs a Voicemail button to quickly get directly to voicemail.

This is 75% there, the SIP calling and transfer feature works wonderfully. Issues: - spotlight search terms for "Vongae" or "vocalocity" are missing so you can only search by "essentials" to find the app, very annoying. - cannot paste numbers in to dialer. - if you are on a Vonage call and a cell call comes it it puts the Vonage call on hold. This is really strange. - saving settings in desktop application will log you out of the app about 5min later even if you are on a call. - conference bridge calls are missing from log

Im not getting incoming calls. Either they are just routed to VM, or I get 1/2 of a ring, then it kicks to VM. Outbound calls are piss-poor quality.

I use this app a lot and it mostly does what I need it to do. I need to make this suggestion to the developers. I am using this app on a new iPad Pro and my LG headset controls will not answer the calls I have to open the iPad and app to answer the calls. This is fine if I have it out but not so good when I have it in a satchel or bag. Please add controls from Bluetooth headsets so that they can be used to answer and end calls.Thanks

Calls are clearer and seamless with the landline phone. Huge improvement and is making my business easier when I am on the go.

PLEASE DEAR GOD! Dont put the voicemail on speaker. That will (and did) cause some very serious problems. I lost a sale because of it. Provide a way to clear the log. Its getting messy. I dont like messes. Every time my desk phone rings, my iPhone rings and its getting me angry. Ive been looking at changing my phone system to Nextel. They seem to have better business sense.

Want an improvement over the last version. Incoming and out going calls are 100 easer. Can answer office call while by the beach or the pool.

Cant change settings to follow because the app cant detect an Internet connection. Crashes at least once a day.

Unable to retrieve extensions.not connected to Internet.please fix this issue as soon as possible terrible mobile app stopped working.

Okay, so I was part of your Beta testing for this app and it functioned properly until two weeks ago. Now I cannot make or receive calls from the app, sometimes I cannot even sign in on my iPhone 6plus. This is a complete nuisance as I expect to be able to conduct business on the go with what is supposed to be a mobile app. Now I am missing important phone calls and this a hindering my business. I thought you guys got it right...I guess not. I absolutely need this app to function exactly the way it should without further delay. I really hope your developers are making it a top priority to fix this app ASAP, please dont take much longer or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Worked fine till this last week now it will randomly go silent during my business calls and Ill have to hang up and redial. Please fix

The majority of the time I try to use this app, it does not work. Its very frustrating since I use this app for my business. When I try to dial out, I get a message that says call failed. Please fix this. It is not due to phone number or connection. It is your app. Thank you!

Love this app! Very useful.

- Unable to listen to recording on mobile app anymore - must login to portal on a computer and listen to recordings - this wasnt an issue in the old version - Their tech support told me they werent aware of this feature in the old version - I used that feature 30 times a day - I would take a reservation while driving - then when parked - I would listen to recording on mobile app for details and cc info. They said no plans of implementing this feature in new version - caller id does not work if youre forwarding ur calls to ur cell phone - shows the number ur forwarding ur calls to and not the callers number - I can never tell which client is calling me. The ONLY time I see a callers number is if I miss the call or I get a voicemail from caller - else if I want to see the number of the last call I spoke to, I need to login to portal and check caller ID there. Their tech support said this is not something theyll fix. If you need these features, look for a different service - I am looking for a service provider that can offer these 2 features on their mobile app.

-calls do not ring when incoming, only get notice of missed call -great voicemail recording functionality directly thru app, but it doesnt allow you to save?? whats the point? -dialed calls fail through via Data Calls option -does not auto fill thru the callers ID when you Create New Contact; you need to type it out manually *you can now paste copied #s directly into the dial pad (although the old version of this app already allowed it..) *listening to voicemails are already embedded into the missed call via the All Recents, which is great Needs massive improvement. Please fix it soon, my business relies on this app.

This app messed with the function of my business line. I was excited for what appeared to be an upgrade, but this is no good. Please fix it!
