This version is a million times better than the ones before it. Totally redesigned, much more intuitive, and it actually works. Looking forward to whats to come.

Been searching for a VOIP service that offers SMS for business for years. Vonage finally did it. And they also fixed the app, it works now (exactly as an app like this should), and with a nice interface.

Love the new update. So glad we can text through the app now and the ability to see if call was answered, missed, went to VM, etc.

Puts your current call on hold automatically when you are talking if another call comes through. Called Vonage to report issue but that is built in. App is useless. Im in sales and my phone rings constantly. My client kept being automatically put on hold as he was speaking to me. Had to close out the app and call him back. That feature needs to be removed ASAP!

App has clearly been updated--however the previous functionality for being able to adjust voicemail settings has disappeared for whatever reason! Thats the only reason I used the app to begin with--hopefully the developers will update and give us back this ability.

You removed voicemail management! Being able to alter my vmail from the previous app was the only piece I used.

Vonage, you seriously removed the ability to record your out of office voicemail from the new app? That was the one useful thing and only reason to use the app. Well done on taking a good app and making it utterly useless. If I could switch back to the old one and get rid of this piece of crap I would.

All is working well. Like the texting feature. No more crashing. Works great. Wish you could habe left the feature for recording voicemail messages though.

Everything is much better except for one function. I cant stop receiving calls on the app. Even with data calls off in settings, and the app closed I keep receiving all my inbound calls through the app on my iPhone. This is t ok. Im at the office so I dont need both phones ringing all day. Let me know when it is fixed and I may reinstall the app, for now, back to my third party soft phone.

New app seems more stable. Only used it a few times. Hopefully Vonage will continue to improve.

On iPhone6 and cant access app now.

This App is so much better than the first generation. The interface that would automatically put the mute button on when talking on the phone is gone. And its a lot clearer and easier to manage the calls. However, the missed calls and voice messages are intermingled and difficult to manage. If you were thinking about an update, consider a separate button just simply to find messages and leave missed calls to the other side. From a business perspective., this is a bit cumbersome to manage when trying to find messages or quickly go through them.

Cant believe a company this size can release a buggy product. I see similar complaints. App wont connect to Internet (wifi or cell). Cell rings whenever office phone rings. Tech support does not know what is causing the problem

It would be much nicer to see Fax out option for customers who have a fax line as well. Need to keep up with competitors like "RingCentral" or else youll end up losing some customer base.

Thank you for REDO this app. Now it is much better. The app picks up incoming calls in the background. And it also shows the status of the calls, whether its missed, answered or voice mail. Now it can also text msg. Great Redo!

This is a decent app. I am able to login to our system and make changes easily. I cannot also answer my calls if I am out and about. The only I do not like is that I Cannot delete missed calls once I Realize Indi not need the number any longer.

The concept of this app is cool, and has become a common feature of all VoIP services. However, the big flaw with this latest version is that theres no easy way to stop inbound calls from ringing on my iPhone. My office is configured so if reception doesnt answer within a few rings, the call rings on all extensions. That means all night and all weekend, EVERY inbound call to my firm rings on my iPhone. Not good! Makes the ability to get inbound calls to my extension worthless. A scheduled DND on iPhone feature would be ideal!

I am so excited that we can now receive/send texts! The new west version is so much more user friendly, no more calling people before I get to listen to the messages. Only reason for 4 star versus 5 is the inability to change the tone when a text message is received.
