- Unable to listen to recording on mobile app anymore - must login to portal on a computer and listen to recordings - this wasnt an issue in the old version - Their tech support told me they werent aware of this feature in the old version - I used that feature 30 times a day - I would take a reservation while driving - then when parked - I would listen to recording on mobile app for details and cc info. They said no plans of implementing this feature in new version
- caller id does not work if youre forwarding ur calls to ur cell phone - shows the number ur forwarding ur calls to and not the callers number - I can never tell which client is calling me. The ONLY time I see a callers number is if I miss the call or I get a voicemail from caller - else if I want to see the number of the last call I spoke to, I need to login to portal and check caller ID there. Their tech support said this is not something theyll fix.
If you need these features, look for a different service - I am looking for a service provider that can offer these 2 features on their mobile app.
