Love the freedom Vonage & Essentials gives me. It doesnt matter if Im in the office or 2 states away - I never miss a call.

Much better on improvements. Only wish is if could just keep office contacts with out have to switch back and forth .

Works Half the time. Texting hardly ever works in coming. Cant reach customer service. On hold forever. Bad service for businesses.texting works about half the time out going as well. Real bad for businesses. Would not recommend at all.

Great app. Only bad is cant block Someone from it or erase phone numbers that called in. Other than that its great.

This version is amazing. Integration with the native dialer makes for a seamless experience. Love it.

In my personal testing of the app... Lots of crashes and missed a lot of calls on the go. Figures that the app would behave like what I remembered of Vonage in the past.

Call quality is great. If anyone is looking for a business phone definitely try Vonage

This is a good start but it has to improve considerably to be considered a Key Business Application that Business Users can start using it efficiently.

Originally weak, now really quite good. Fantastic phone app integration in iOS 10 eliminates fumbling while answering calls. A pleasure to use.

Great company great app always improving!

This app sucked initially but there have been some major improvements along the way. Its invaluable if you need to work from home or the road. Its just like calling from your extension at work. I highly recommend you try it out!

So I download the app, log in with my credentials and poof! The app crashes never to open again. Whats up with that?

We are 110% satisfied with their services customer service they find your problem they fix it and youre back up and running with no down time The features are awesome very easily to switch to a different teacher if you need to works great for our staff our staff loves it we have tried different providers and by far hands-down Vonage is the way to go.

It says to record a message. I do. It says I saved it. Then it doesnt save or play. :(

I was skeptical of the app. I was worried that it wouldnt work very well. I was wrong. This is one of the coolest apps. I use it all the time. When I step away from my desk I can answer my phone if I am waiting on a call and not have to forward my calls. Very useful and efficient to use.

Overall this is a very solid app. I now initiate most of my business calls when Im away from my desk from the app. I have my system set up to simultaneously ring my desk and iPhone. I generally can pick up calls to my desk using the app on my iPhone. Sometimes they still rollover to the iPhone. I want simultaneous ring so that I have one rather than two voicemail boxes to contend with. That may not be everyone elses liking. Siri functionality did not work at all when I first downloaded iOS 10 and the new app. Now its spotty at best. Its virtually impossible to get Siri to call an extension. I have a direct dial number associated with most of my extensions, so I can generally get it to call those numbers. However, I always end up picking the number from a choice list rather than Siri automatically recognizing the contact inside Essentials that is the Essentials phone number. It offers me all of their numbers to include their cell rather than just the essentials numbers or extension. Nice start. Keep working the Siri integration, please. OBTW, contacted Vonage support via the app. Got back useless dribble about my configuration on the phone. #notMuchHelpAtAll

Doesnt get much better than this. My desk phone in my hand!

For a couple of months now weve been using this company for lawn service business and its great so far.

Ive enjoyed the latest improvements to the app. I really like how theyve made it easier to call straight from your contacts without having to log into the app. Easy to use. Good sound quality. Cheers.
