Love this app and what it does for my business. The texting feature is great too! Vonage continues to build upon the existing features and further developing the user experience.

As a small business, we started using Vonage in order to simplify our phone system. There seem to be problems with forwarding phone call a almost daily. Getting in touch with Technical Support isnt always easy. I would imagine that if others are having problems similar to ours, technical support is overwhelmed.

This app works great. Ability to move calls, IM/SMS from the app or Siri. Presence... Rarely use my desk phone any more. Thanks Vonage!

Traveling overseas and seamless communications with customers and employees. I love the interface and functionality. Been depending on Vonage for 2 years now.

This app has made it totally seamless to go from working on the office to working remote. Very intuitive and works wonderfully.

Does not work on iPhone. Crashes on every attempt, even after reinstalling.

Tries it out today and it works like a dream. All they need is a hold button when another call comes in.

This is a very very good app it works great, I take all my calls on it my only wish is they would allow you to clear you call history so you can easily keep track at a glance if you missed a call then it would be a 5 to me.

It is very up and down, it works really well when working, but it shuts down quite a bit.

So I do like the app. It does allow me to text people from my office Vonage system which reduces the number of people I need to give my real cell number to. One challenge is that it is slow to sync with phone calls sent/received and sometimes voicemails do not show up within 60 minutes and even longer. I would rate this higher if the app synced more quickly with the Vonage server.

Lots of crashing, slow startup, app freezing and overall buggy app.

This is no upgrade. Horrible app. Voice sounds horrible to callers on other end. Doesnt even notify when receiving a call. I preferred the previous version.

Cant make calls using it. Cant copy and paste numbers. Have to log out to get forwarding to work, and a ton of other things wrong. I expect a lot more from Vonage!

Every time I listen to a voicemail the app crashes. My calls dont come through. It crashes at least three times before I can actually use the app. I wish I could sign into a call group rather than just an extension. Ring central has an outstanding app, vonage should ask them for some advice in designing a better one for their clients.

Your app does not work very well it doesnt ring I tried test calls and everything it has been like this for a year I just downloaded again to see if an update was done and nothing. Sorry guys your desktop and phones work great but app is no good. I think its time to upgrade.

This app does it all and certainly enables me to service my clients whether I am in the office or away. Money never sleeps. Thanks Vonage business.

Finally .. The app is now usable. Most of the features work and now I dont have any issues with my Bluetooth headphones.

Comparing to previous version this is a lot better. Thank you for the good job.
